some1 correct me if im wrong, but it to my belief that such items do not exist... i was always under the assumption that MAXED weapons LOWEST REQ was 8 ....

if i am wrong, can i please see a pic?

there are many max damage req 7 swords, but i have never seen an axe with that description

Yep, swords are common req.7, but axes don't think so...
IF one exists, be ready to pay quite an amount of gold
